These Terms apply when you use www.indocrane.co.id, including when you submit a request for quotation or use a staff area provided to you. The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.

1. Site purpose

The site provides general information about Indocrane, Lift/Crane solutions, services, publication-approved portfolio work, articles, and enquiry methods. It does not replace a site survey, engineering assessment, safety assessment, working drawings, final specification, commercial quotation, or written contract.

2. Requests for quotation

An RFQ is an initial request for review. Submission or a reference number does not mean the request is approved; price/specification/capacity/schedule/availability is guaranteed; a contract or exclusive relationship exists; or Indocrane must accept or deliver the project. Binding terms arise only from commercial documents/contracts approved by authorized parties. You must provide accurate information and have the right to share it.

3. Technical information

Technical content is informational and may be simplified. Product selection, capacity, supporting structure, controls, environment, standards, installation, inspection, and maintenance require competent assessment for the actual project. Do not use the site as the sole basis for engineering or safety decisions.

4. Staff accounts

Portal/dashboard access is limited to authorized personnel. Users must protect credentials, use their own account, respect assigned roles, and report suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict or disable access for security, role changes, breach, or maintenance.

5. Prohibited use

You must not access accounts/data/endpoints/files without authority; disrupt, overload, scan, exploit, or evade security; send malware, unlawful content, spam, or misleading data; automate copying/scraping in a way that violates law, rights, or reasonable operation; impersonate others or submit their confidential information without permission; or use site material to claim written endorsement, certification, partnership, or warranty that does not exist.

6. Intellectual property

Text, design, marks, logos, images, video, drawings, and other materials are owned by Indocrane or used with permission unless stated otherwise. Limited viewing/saving for legitimate business evaluation is permitted. Reuse, publication, modification, or distribution outside legal exceptions requires written permission from the rights holder. Third-party/client names and marks remain their owners’ property and do not automatically imply endorsement.

7. Third-party services

Links to WhatsApp, email, maps, social media, or other sites are provided for convenience. Indocrane does not control their policies, availability, security, or content; their terms apply.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site's information and services available and accurate. We may update content or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, or corrections. If a feature is unavailable, please contact us through the published contact channel.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and general information are provided as available without an implied warranty for a particular project. Indocrane is not responsible for engineering, safety, purchasing, or operational decisions made solely from general site content, or disruption outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or obligations expressly agreed in a separate contract.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Do not send sensitive data or confidential documents through a general form. Contact us first if a dedicated secure channel is needed.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms, with the current version showing its effective date. Continued use after an effective change is subject to the updated version to the extent permitted by law.
